Group Critical Illness
Employees may also elect group Critical Illness coverage through Lincoln Financial. This policy provides lump-sum cash benefits when a covered event occurs.
Employees may elect coverage on themselves of $10,000, $15,000 and $30,000, and coverage on their spouse equal to 50% of the employee-elected amount.
Children are automatically covered with 50% of the employee-elected amount at no additional cost.

Provides 100% benefit for heart attack, stroke, invasive cancer, major organ failure, end-stage kidney failure, ALS, Alzheimer’s, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Advanced COPD, and more.
Also provides benefits for skin cancer, non-invasive cancer, and more.
Includes a $50 annual wellness benefit for each person covered who receives a covered wellness screening.
